Most of our Wood Dog Houses ship right to your door via UPS or FedEx and require only the assembly of a few panels, normally taking only 20-45 minutes until your pet has their "Own Place."

Is the house made of treated wood ? Or any harmful chemical ?

No harmful chemicals are added; The wood used is naturally pest-resistant. The wood does have a distinct "woody" odor that will dissipate over a short time.

I'm looking for a house that can handle snow and rain without worrying about leaking inside. Please advise.

Hi Alfredo,
While these dog houses provide a level of protection, no dog house will completely keep out snow and rain. The dogs will track moisture in and out, and to completely avoid moisture the dog house would need to be air tight (no openings), which is impossible since the dogs need air to breathe.
These dog houses will keep out the majority of the elements, but will not remain 100% dry. The roofs are tight and backed with ply, so the vast majority of moisture will run off, but the front doors are open.

While it is hard for us to factor in all of the specifics you are facing, it would probably be a good idea to insulate the house with foam insulation panels, and add bedding for your cat. We can't really advise much further on weather and specific pets, as we just don't have all the right info.

All Pet Squeak dog houses are shipped in pre-assembled panels, and require minimal assembly using just a screwdriver to attach those panels to each other. For example, looking at this item, the roof is 2 panels and a piece of center trim, while the four sides and floor are each also pre-assembled into panels that attach together.
